মুণ্ডাদের মাতৃভাষা হারিয়ে যেতে বসেছে !!!

 ভারতের শিক্ষিত মানুষেরা গবেষণা করে দেখেছেন মুন্ডারাই নাকি ভারতের আদিম আদিবাসী। মুন্ডাদের সংস্কৃতিই নাকি ভারতের আদি সংস্কৃতি। কিন্তু আজ বহির্বিশ্বের পাশ্চাত্য সংস্কৃতি ঘূর্ণিঝড়ের মতো এসে মূল মঞ্চ থেকে সরিয়ে অন্য মঞ্চে বসিয়ে দিয়েছে। শুধু মুন্ডা সংস্কৃতি নয় ভারতের সংস্কৃতিকেও আজ অন্য মঞ্চে সরিয়ে দিয়েছে। আমরা বুঝতে পারিনি কখন কিভাবে এমনটা ঘটে গেছে। সংস্কৃতির সাথে সাথে আমরা মুন্ডারা নিজেদের ভাষা ও ভুলে যেতে বসেছি। নিজেদের ভাষায় কথা না বলে অ-মুন্ডারী(দিকু) ভাষায় কথা বলছি। যারা মুন্ডারী ভাষা জানি না তারা বড় হলে বলে 'মা বাবা ছোট বেলায় মুন্ডারী ভাষা শিখাইনি। এখন কি করে মুন্ডারী ভাষায় কথা বলব'। এটা খুবই সত্যি কথা ছোটবেলায় মা বাবা যদি কথা বলতে না শিখায় তাহলে শিশু শিখবে কি করে। কারণ মা হচ্ছে শিশুটির কাছের মানুষ। মা প্রথম শিশুটিকে কথা বলতে শিখায়। কিন্তু দুঃখের বিষয় এখনকার দিনের মুন্ডা পরিবারের মায়েরা মুন্ডারী ভাষা জানা সত্ত্বেও শিশুটিকে অ-মুন্ডারী(দিকু) ভাষায় কথা বলতে শেখাচ্ছে। শিশু বয়সেই যদি আমরা শিশুদের দিকু ভাষায় কথা বলতে শিখাই তাহলে সেই শিশুরা বড় হলে দিকুতেই কথা বলবে। এই ভাবেই আজ মুন্ডা জাতির মুন্ডা ভাষা হারিয়ে যেতে বসেছে।আর যারা মুন্ডা ভাষা জানে তারাও কোথাও দেখা হলে মুন্ডা ভাষায় কথা না বলে দিকু ভাষাতেই কথা বলছি। কোন জাতির ভাষা হারিয়ে গেলে জাতিও হারিয়ে যাবে। রাঁচি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রাক্তন উপাচার্য পদ্মশ্রী রাম দয়াল মুন্ডা গভীর দুঃখের সঙ্গে বলেছেন-- 'এভাবে চলতে থাকলে আমরা নুনের মতো ডালের সঙ্গে গলে যাব'। তিনি আরো বলেছেন-- 'জাগো মুন্ডা ভাইবোনেরা সোনা-রুপার মত ঝলমলে জাতি গভীর জলে তলিয়ে যাচ্ছে'। সত্যিই ভাষাতেই যে কোনো জাতিকে চিনা যায়। যেমন পশু, পাখির ডাক শুনে আমরা বুঝতে পারি কিসের ডাক, তেমনি ভাষাতেই মানুষকে চিনা যায়। সেজন্য মুন্ডা ভাই বোন এবং মা বাবাদের কাছে আমাদের বিনীত প্রার্থনা এবং অনুরোধ আপনারা ছোট শিশুদের দিকু ভাষায় কথা না বলে না শিখিয়ে মুন্ডারী কথা বলতে শেখান। তবেই আমাদের ভাষা সংস্কৃতি এবং জাতি বেঁচে থাকবে।

বর্তমান সময়ে "ভারত মুন্ডা সমাজ" এই বিষয়ে বিশেষ ভাবে অগ্রণী ভূমিকা পালন করে চলেছেন। অনেক জায়গাতে মুণ্ডারী স্কুল নির্মাণও করেছেন। শুধু ওই টুকুতেই সীমাবদ্ধ থাকলে হবে না। ভারতের যতগুলি রাজ্যে মুন্ডা জনজাতি বাস রয়েছে তার সব জায়গা থেকেই মুন্ডা সমাজের মানুষকে এগিয়ে আসতে হবে। তাই বর্তমান শিক্ষিত মুন্ডা যুব সমাজ এবং যারা চাকরি-বাকরি করেন সবাইকে আরো বেশি করে এগিয়ে আসতে হবে। সমাজকে সুসংগঠিত করতে হবে। দিন-প্রতিদিন আলাপ আলোচনা,মুন্ডা ভাষার চর্চা,গ্রামে গ্রামে মুণ্ডারী স্কুল নির্মাণ করতে হবে। মুন্ডা সমাজের মানুষজন এই বিষয়ে সচেতন থেকেও তবু যেন অবহেলা করেই চলেছে ।

Munda's mother tongue is about to be lost !!!

Educated people in India have researched whether Mundarais are primitive indigenous people of India. The Munda culture is the original culture of India. But today the western culture of the outside world has come like a whirlwind and moved away from the main stage and put it on another stage. Not only Munda culture but also Indian culture has moved to another stage today. We do not understand when or how this happened. Along with culture, we Mundaras have forgotten our own language. I am speaking in non-Mundari (Diku) language without speaking my own language. Those who do not know Mundari language say when they grow up, 'My parents did not teach Mundari language when I was young. How can I speak Mundari now '. It is very true that if parents do not teach them to speak at an early age then what will the child learn. Because the mother is the closest person to the child. The mother teaches the first child to speak. But sadly the mothers of today's Munda family are teaching the child to speak non-Mundari (Diku) language despite knowing Mundari language. If we teach children to speak Diku language at an early age, then when they grow up, they will speak Diku. In this way, the Munda language of the Munda nation has been lost today. If the language of a nation is lost, the nation will also be lost. Padma Shri Ram Dayal Munda, former Vice-Chancellor of Ranchi University, said with deep sorrow - "If we continue like this, we will melt with the stalks like salt". He further said, "Jago Munda brothers and sisters, the nation is sinking like gold and silver in the deep water". Truly any nation can be recognized by language. Just as we can understand the call of an animal or a bird when we hear it, so people can be recognized by language.  That is why our humble prayers and requests to Munda brothers, sisters and parents are to teach Mundari to speak without teaching the young children not to speak the language. Only then will our language, culture and nation survive. At present, "Bharat Munda Samaj" is playing a leading role in this regard. Mundari has also built schools in many places. You don't have to be limited to just that. The people of the Munda community have to come forward from all the states in India where the Munda tribe lives. So the present educated Munda youth society and all those who work have to come forward more and more. Society has to be well organized.  Day-to-day conversation, practice of Munda language, construction of Mundari schools in villages.The people of Munda society seem to be neglecting even though they are aware of this issue.
